MAIN USAGE
This series is suitable for conveying slurry with abrasive particles such as sand, cinder, tailings, etc. It is mainly used in metallurgy, mining, power, chemical industry, environmental protection, dredging, municipal engineering and other industries. It is easy to install and move. It also has high slag extraction efficiency and can safely run under bad working conditions. It is an ideal product to replace traditional vertical sump pump and submersible sewage pump.
WORKING CONDITION
1.Power supply: 380V, three-phase, 50HZ (customized voltage and frequency according to requirements).
2.Medium temperature is generally not more than 60C°, PH value 4-10, medium gravity W 1300kg/ m3.
3.Suitable for medium with strong abrasive solid particles and mildly corrosive sewage slurry.
4.The diameter of solids in the medium shall not be greater than 80% of the minimum port size of the pump.

Structure Details
1. Premium Motor Winding
The submersible motor adopts high-purity copper wire winding with F-class insulation and IP68 waterproof rating. The optimized submersible cooling structure ensures efficient heat dissipation underwater, lowers temperature rise during continuous operation, and greatly prolongs the motor’s insulation service life.
2. Dual Mechanical Seal Protection
The motor shaft is fitted with two sets of independent mechanical seals to form a double-layer waterproof barrier. This dual-seal structure effectively blocks water from penetrating into the oil chamber. Even if the outer seal fails, it can still prevent oil and water from entering the motor interior for double insurance.
3. Protective Oil Chamber Design
The sealed oil chamber serves as the core waterproof barrier for the motor. The internal lubricating oil continuously cools, cleans and lubricates the dual mechanical seals, while assisting heat dissipation for the lower bearings and motor body to ensure stable underwater operation.
4. High-Stability Bearing Configuration
The pump shaft adopts a matched bearing combination: double-row angular contact ball bearings at the bottom and cylindrical roller bearings at the top. This structural collocation provides stable shaft support, reduces operating vibration, ensures smooth unit rotation, and extends the overall motor service life.
5. Reinforced Cable Sealing Structure
Equipped with durable rubber-sheathed power cables. The compression sealing design between the cable sheath and motor end cover prevents water infiltration. Integrated vulcanization treatment between the wire core and rubber layer further avoids medium leakage even if the outer sheath is accidentally damaged.
6. Leak-Proof Motor Housing
The motor shell consists of a main body, upper cover and end cover, with high-performance EPDM sealing O-rings installed at all joints for reliable static sealing. All housings pass strict hydraulic pressure testing to guarantee zero water leakage underwater.
7. Built-In Multi-Dimensional Safety Protection
Matched with a professional control panel, the pump is equipped with comprehensive monitoring components. The oil-water probe detects primary seal leakage, the float switch monitors motor chamber water ingress, and built-in thermal sensors trigger over-temperature and overload protection, realizing automatic alarm and shutdown to protect the equipment.
8. Intelligent External Control System
The special supporting control cabinet receives and processes all monitoring signals to realize automatic control, fault alarm and comprehensive safety protection. It supports single-pump and multi-pump linkage automatic operation. For customers using self-provided control panels, our professional team can provide targeted installation and docking guidance.
9. Custom Optional Auxiliary Devices
Forced Cooling System: An external metal cooling sleeve can be installed to form circulating cooling water channels, realizing forced heat dissipation and adapting to high-temperature working conditions.
Forced Agitator: Multiple external agitators are optional. The stirring design effectively stirs up deposited sediment and sand, significantly improving the pump’s suction efficiency and conveying capacity.

ZJQ Submersible Sand Slurry Pump Selection Guidelines
Clients shall supply complete pipeline layout parameters for calculation: vertical lift H (vertical distance from water surface to outlet pipe center), pipe inner diameter M, submerged water depth G, and full total pipeline length L calculated by summing all pipe segments L1–L5.

Clearly state the features of conveyed media and targeted operating indicators: medium type, maximum solid particle size, liquid pH value, required flow and head, as well as power supply specifications (voltage & frequency) and on-site mounting mode.
If extra functional configurations are required, mark them clearly in advance. Optional accessories include full steel protective casings, external stirring impellers, forced circulation cooling assemblies, high-pressure flushing nozzles and sand suction hoods.
For orders equipped with matched electrical control cabinets, confirm your control logic demands: the number of pumps to be regulated, liquid level linkage modes and other automated operation functions.
The standard factory cable length of this submersible slurry pump is 8 meters. Notify us if extended power cables are required for your project.
Customizable impeller structures are available to fit diverse media: semi-open and fully enclosed impeller designs can be selected to guarantee smooth passage of solid-liquid mixtures without blockages.
This pump is designed for vertical underwater installation and operation; horizontal placement during running is forbidden.
Models without forced self-circulation cooling systems must not run continuously when over half of the motor assembly sits above the water line. Extended operation under this condition will lead to irreversible overheating burnout of the motor.
