Our factory-manufactured ZGB high-pressure slurry pumps adopt advanced international design technology, specially engineered for heavy-duty working scenarios requiring medium and large flow rates with high lift. Adopting a horizontal double-casing centrifugal structure, the pump features rib-reinforced ductile iron outer casings and high-chrome alloy wear-resistant inner liners, delivering exceptional pressure resistance and anti-abrasion performance.

Equipped with heavy-duty pump bodies and oversized impellers, the ZGB series achieves excellent high-flow and high-head output. With a maximum working pressure of 3.6MPa, the pumps support series connection to meet ultra-high-pressure transportation demands for diverse industrial conditions.

These pumps adopt oil lubrication bearing systems and direct-coupling drive structure. Their hydraulic parameters can be flexibly adjusted by trimming the impeller diameter to match different on-site requirements. Featuring solid structure, stable efficiency, reliable safety and long service life, ZGB high-pressure slurry pumps are widely applied in mineral processing for long-distance transportation of ore concentrates and tailings.

Optimized Hydraulic Performance:Adopting advanced CAM hydraulic modeling, the pump delivers superior overall performance with high operating efficiency, low wear loss, excellent anti-clogging and anti-cavitation capabilities. The optimized structural design effectively reduces failure rates and extends continuous working time.

Premium Wear-Resistant Wetted Parts:All flow-through components are manufactured from high-grade high-chrome alloy materials. The robust material formula provides outstanding resistance to abrasion and chemical corrosion, adapting to harsh slurry media.

Diversified Shaft Seal Configurations:The standard sealing solution combines expeller and packing seal with high-pressure clean flushing water for stable sealing performance. Zero-leakage mechanical seals are also optional to satisfy stricter no-leakage working requirements.

Stable Low-Temperature Rotor System:Equipped with horizontally split frame and oil-lubricated precision roller bearings, matched with water cooling structure to keep low operating temperature. The large-diameter short-overhang shaft design greatly reduces deflection and vibration, ensuring smooth and stable rotation.

Flexible Discharge Angle Adjustment:The pump outlet can be adjusted at 45° intervals with 8 optional installation angles, allowing flexible layout adaptation to different on-site pipeline conditions.

Precise Performance Tuning:Direct coupling drive is adopted for high transmission efficiency. By fine trimming the impeller outer diameter, the flow rate and head parameters can be accurately adjusted to match diverse working conditions.

Wetted Parts Materials

Key flow components of ZGB high-pressure slurry pumps, including impellers, volute casings, frame plate liners and throat bushes, are manufactured from premium high-chrome alloy series. Different material grades are available to match varied slurry characteristics and working conditions.Z05 high-chrome alloy is adopted as the standard configuration. Featuring outstanding wear resistance, it perfectly adapts to highly abrasive and slightly corrosive slurry media for stable and long-lasting operation.

For scenarios with strong chemical corrosion, Z49 high-chrome alloy is the preferred option to enhance corrosion resistance and extend service life.
