Standard Heavy Duty Gravel Pump XG(H)

Premium XG(H) gravel pumps serve as your ideal heavy-duty pumping equipment for gravel and coarse solids transport. As a professional Chinese manufacturer and supplier, we design this series as horizontal single-shell, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pumps. All flow components are cast from high-chrome alloy, fitted with 3-blade closed impellers.

Thickened wear-resistant components and extra-wide internal flow channels endow the pumps with outstanding anti-clogging and anti-cavitation capacity, delivering steady operation under harsh heavy-duty working conditions. We supply these pumps at competitive factory bulk prices with fast delivery cycles.

Customers can select either electric motor or diesel engine power units, alongside flexible transmission solutions including direct coupling and belt drive setups. The pumps excel at conveying highly abrasive media mixed with big solid particles like sand and stone aggregates.

Common application scenarios include gravel dredging, sand extraction, tunnel construction, mine slurry transport, metallurgical slag handling, slag pelletization and alumina processing. All spare parts are fully interchangeable with Warman G series gravel pumps for easy replacement.

The rigid one-piece frame stably supports the entire bearing assembly. It adopts a precise positioning structure for convenient impeller adjustment, and uses minimal penetrating bolts to firmly fix the adapter plate, improving overall structural stability.

●360° Adjustable Discharge Direction

With a flexible clamp ring connection structure, the pump outlet can be freely rotated to any angle of 360 degrees, adapting to various pipeline layout requirements and improving installation flexibility.

●Flexible Transmission Modes

Multiple drive options are fully supported, including direct coupling transmission and various V-belt drive modes (top-mounted, side-mounted and reverse top-mounted), enabling flexible adjustment of pump operating parameters to meet different working demands.
